We are excited to have you and
your team join us for our 22nd year of crowning the Arizona STATE Pom and Cheer Champions.
Please read this WEBSITE carefully – it is full of guidelines, rules and tips to make your team and yourself have a successful
and worry free tournament! If you have any questions or concerns along the way – please feel free
to email us or give us a call!
A couple of things we really need from coaches this year:
1. Send in your team picture immediately! You can either mail it or email it in .jpg format to
gene@statecheer.com. (please label your picture with your team name – pictures cannot be returned) Our goal is
to have all our hard working teams in our program this year! The program will be on sale at the tournament
and is only $2.00!!

Please review the changes in our Scholarship opportunities.
We are honored to be the host of the Johnna Leone Cheer Scholarship to be awarded during Sessions 3 and 4 to a very
deserving 1,2,3A high school senior and a 4,5A high school senior. Teams have an opportunity to win a Sportsmanship
trophy during the sessions they compete in. The Sportsmanship trophy is awarded by the State Staff and
this year will include a donation to the team!
